Due to the respect of all service providers, a card on file is required for all appointments booked online. We understand that emergencies do happen, and fees may be waived in extreme circumstances at management’s discretion. We do require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Same-day cancellations will be charged 30% of the scheduled service total, and no-shows will be charged 50%. All sales are final.
Gift cards purchased at The Grand are valid for spa services and retail products only and cannot be used with independent hairstylists. Hairstylists operating within The Grand are independent service providers and do not accept salon-issued gift cards.
To ensure proper scheduling and communication, all hair appointments must be booked directly through the stylist or by calling the front desk. We are no longer able to reliably manage hair booking requests through general messages, as it has become difficult to ensure timely responses for new client inquiries. We appreciate your understanding as this helps us keep scheduling organized and ensures each client is properly accommodated.
