My name is Danielle (Dan) Shackelford. I am a licensed massage therapist (LMT) in the Tuscaloosa/Northport AL area, and I’m very excited to begin working with this wonderful town I’ve called home for 27 years! I graduated from massage life and wellness academy in 2019, and began work as a LMT in January of 2023.
I specialize in pain management, oncology, prenatal, and rehabilitative massage, as well as deep tissue and swedish. Goal oriented massage is my favorite type of session to do- I love working with my clients on a specific issue and with the goal in mind to improve day to day quality of life, whether that be through reducing pain, improving range of motion and posture, or managing stress and anxiety
